Lyra, also known as the aerial hoop, is a captivating circus art that combines strength, flexibility, and grace. Suspended in a metal hoop, you’ll learn to perform spins, poses, and transitions that make you feel weightless and empowered. It’s a full-body workout that challenges your muscles while letting your creativity shine.

Fitness pole classes are a dynamic and empowering way to build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Combining dance, acrobatics, and fitness, pole classes help you master spins, climbs, and tricks while getting a full-body workout. It’s a fun and creative way to push your limits and embrace your inner power.

Flying pole combines traditional pole techniques with aerial rigging, allowing the pole to spin and move freely through the air. In this class, students will learn foundational skills including basic grips, spins, sits, and simple transitions.

Partner Acro is a dynamic, playful practice where you are the apparatus! You'll learn the foundations of acro's three essential roles, base, flyer, and spotter. Through approachable progressions you'll be supported in learning skills safely and confidently.

Flowy, slinky movement focusing on finding how your body wants to move. Explore your sensuality and strength with play and support. This is where you build the dance skills and find those pathway that link those aerial moves. A great place to start for beginners!
Welcome to Studio No. 7, an aerial and fitness studio in Peekskill, NY! Founded by Sarahjane, an experienced instructor and passionate aerial artist, the studio is a space where creativity and empowerment come to life. Sarahjane discovered her love for pole and lyra as a student and has been teaching for years, sharing her skills and enthusiasm with others. Now, she’s thrilled to bring the joy and strength of aerial fitness to the Peekskill community.
